05th September 05
Last weekend [September 3 and 4], Hessle-based Jeep dealership Peter Stockill Ltd joined forces with Quintor Homes to offer prospective buyers the first taste of a luxury holiday lodge development in the historic grounds of Raywell Hall.
Quintor showcased its plans for its development of 43 luxury lodges, for the first time, last weekend at the Caravan and Holiday Home Show at Cottingham Golf Club. To mark the occasion, Quintor was delighted to link up with Peter Stockhill to offer interested parties VIP tours from Cottingham deep into the heart of the grounds of the former 35-acre estate of Daniel Sykes, renowned 19th century politician and friend of William Wilberforce.
Peter Stockill provided a new Jeep Grand Cherokee to take guests around the estate and over the course of the weekend many people were treated to the VIP tours.
Philip Mackay, Project Director for Quintor explained: "We were really pleased to link up with Peter Stockill to offer jeep tours around the grounds of Raywell.
"As Raywell is so close to Cottingham we were in a unique position to be able to offer the tours."
Jon Joyce from Peter Stockill commented: “It was a great idea to offer people VIP tours of the estate as they were able to visualise the development and see for themselves the beautiful woodlands and grounds in which the lodges are being built."
Philip continued: "I would like to thank the team at Peter Stockill for helping make last weekend such a successful event."
