Raywell Hall Lodge Park is a member of the British Holiday & Home Parks Association (BH&HPA). The Park will be operated and managed in accordance with the standards laid out by the association.
Lodge licence agreements and park rules are based on the BH&HPA recommended agreements. This will ensure the park is operated and maintained at the highest standards for the benefit of all Lodge owners.

What security of tenure will Lodge owner's benefit from?
Raywell Lodges are sold with a 99-year agreement.
How long is the Park open during the year?
The Park operates for 12 months of the year, therefore Lodges may be used all year round for leisure purposes. However Lodge owners must provide Park Management with a permanent residential address but may use their Lodges whenever they wish.
Which Lodge manufacturers supply Lodges to Raywell Hall Country Lodges?
We have carefully selected suppliers who produce the highest quality product and delivered a first class customer purchase experience. These suppliers are Lissett Park Homes and Advent Homes.
Can I design my own lodge layout?
Yes, lodges can be custom built to suit your specific requirements. Alternatively customers will be able to purchase recommended designs or choose from sited stock Lodges ready for immediate occupation.
Will there be any warranties with my lodge, if so what are they?
Yes, lodges carry the manufacturers warranty. Refer to specific lodges supplier. We also offer a 10 Year Gold Shield Warranty.
What is the range of lodge sizes available?
Most lodges will be about 42ft long. However we have plots that will accommodate Lodges up to 50 feet long.
How much should I budget for my Lodge?
Ultimately this depends on the size and specification you choose. We have sited high quality 42ft fully furnished bespoke stock lodges from both our suppliers. These lodges include a kingsize decking package and a number of optional extras and start from £139,950.
Please explain the annual site fee?
All parks have an annual charge. This pays for the up keep, maintenance and management of the park. At Raywell this fee is £2,420 and also includes water rates.
Once I have purchased the sited lodge, apart from the annual site fee, are there any other costs I need to consider?
Apart from metered Gas and Electric there are no other charges.
What security will there be on the lodge park?
Park management will be around during the week and the park will have the benefit of monitored CCTV. There will also be restricted access control for Lodge owners.
Can I have broadband connected to my lodge and Sky TV?
Yes, all lodges are pre-cabled to take Sky and broadband. There are no unsightly aerials on the park.
