Patio doors from the bedroom give access to the huge decked are overlooking fabulous views - the ideal spot for your morning coffee!  Bedroom two has a double bed with smart TV and bedroom three has twin beds. Additional family bathroom with bath and overhead shower.

The large open plan living/dining kitchen space features comfy sofas and a large 65 inch smart TV - perfect for movie nights. The generous kitchen is fully fitted with all mod cons including coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

You will never get bored as you have a choice of playing on the Pool/table tennis/diner, chasing your top score on the Retro arcade games machine or challenging your opponents on the Football table!

Two more sets of patio doors lead out to the expansive wrap around decking with several seating area of comfy rattan sofas and chairs to choose from -  allowing you to relax and enjoy the scenery. Steps lead down to a patio area with secluded outdoor hot tub all with show stopping panoramic countryside views. Perfect for families and groups of friends alike.
