Awarded best lodge park 2015, 2016 & 2017

5* Awarded in 2019

Raywell Hall Country Lodge Park is delighted to have secured a 5* Quality in Tourism rating, cementing its position in offering the best experience possible for visitors.

Quality in Tourism (QiT) is the official assessment service provided for VisitEngland, the country’s national tourist board and largest provider of quality assessment, with more than 60 experienced assessors rating more than 18,000 accommodation businesses each year.

The 5* rating, which Raywell has consistently achieved since 2013, saw the park score 95 per cent overall when assessors visited the park in August.

David Coates, director at Raywell Hall Country Lodge Park, said: “I am delighted Raywell Hall Country Lodge Park continues to be recognised as one of the best lodge parks in the country.

“We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and making sure all of our visitors have the best experience possible when they stay with us.

“It’s great to know such well respected external assessors appreciate the lengths we go to and have rewarded us with such a high and positive rating.

“We work really hard all year round to ensure the park is the best it can be and it’s reassuring to know we are on the right path, with great feedback in the form of the 5* Quality in Tourism rating.”

Quality Assessment provides useful information to consumers about the quality of accommodation currently available in and around the UK.

Acting as a reliable regulatory body for the accommodation and tourism industry, Quality in Tourism recognises quality, different levels of facilities and services, and makes potential guests aware of what they can expect before they make a booking.

The Quality in Tourism accolade is the latest award for Raywell Hall Country Lodge Park, as consistent five-star reviews from visitors helped it to claim a TripAdvisor ‘Certificate of Excellence’ award for the fifth year in succession.
