Bedroom three has twin beds plus smart TV.  The spacious and well planned  living/dining/kitchen  space has all the mod cons including coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and washer.

Comfy sofas seating is arranged around the 65 inch smart TV perfect for movie nights. While others can be entertained with our pool table/table tennis/diner  combo and retro Arcade Games Machine (1000 popular games). 

Steps from the patio door lead to a supersized outdoor entertainment space featuring our Signature Raywell Cabana bed.  A fixed steel designer Gazebo provides an outdoor living room feel with corner sofas.  Fire up the grill on the BBQ area and enjoy alfresco dining on our bespoke outdoor dining furniture.  The large hot tub completes this well planned space with festooned lighting giving a perfect evenings ambience.  A smash hit with families and friends.
