The 35-acre park is situated within the Raywell House Estate, adjacent to its early 19th century manor house. There are two phases of the development - The Woodlands and The Pastures. The Woodlands consists of 20 plots, ten metres apart, surrounding an ornamental lake with waterfall. An embankment and trees divide this space from The Pastures, with its layout of 23 plots, also surrounding a lake. The whole park has been tastefully landscaped with plantings of deciduous and evergreen trees and shrubs.

The mature woodlands around the park are home to many species of birds as well as deer and include a picnic area and walk through the woods. This is a peaceful environment that will be attractive to the discerning lodge owner who wants to start a new way of life.
