Raywell Tea Room and Bistro

Raywell Tearoom & Bistro is open 7 days a week and offers guests a very warm welcome whilst serving the freshest produce using the very best ingredients which, where possible, are grown and sourced locally.

Our popular menu has something for everyone. We serve home cooked traditional food ranging from our popular Breakfast Menu to a varied selection of Hot & Cold sandwiches, Jacket Potatoes, Salads, Burgers, Omelettes, Light Bites, Kids Meals and Daily Specials.

Our Homemade Cakes are legendary not only for their delicious taste but also their size! Our gigantic Homemade Scones, which are another big favourite alongside our Homemade Flapjacks which always disappear quickly. We are also proud stockists of the hugely indulgent ‘Cray Bakes’ products including Brownies, Blondies & Flapjacks with many different toppings. 

We also offer Afternoon Tea for two after 2.30pm (Monday-Friday). It includes a selection of finger sandwiches (smoked salmon & cream cheese, ham & chutney, free range egg mayonnaise, cheddar cheese & pickle), miniture prawn cocktail, homemade quiche slice, homemade fruit scone with clotted cream & jam and a mixture of miniture cakes, macarons, choux pastries or tray bakes. All served with bottomless tea or americano coffee. A sparkling afternoon tea is also available for a small extra charge.

Please note: afternoon tea must be booked by calling the tearoom with at least 24 hours' notice. Online bookings for afternoon tea will not be accepted. 

Our Sunday Dinners are very popular and are available every Sunday from 12 noon. Please book a table to avoid disappointment!

Please be aware that pets are not allowed inside the tearoom. However, they are more than welcome to enjoy our brand new covered external seating area.
